Terms and Conditions for “Sovrox Farm”

Welcome to Sovrox Farm (“App”), a product of Makersan INC. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using Sovrox Farm, you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the App or its services.

Please read these terms carefully before using Sovrox Farm. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, along with any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

All content, designs, code, and intellectual property related to Sovrox Farm, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and all visual and written materials, are owned or licensed by Makersan INC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our express written consent.

Sovrox Farm may provide access to third-party tools and services. We do not control these tools, nor do we monitor their content or availability. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of Sovrox Farm will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in İzmir, Türkiye.
